Electra HRX-Zero Ground® — Non-Contact Electrical Profiling
Mapping contact zones, faults, and concealed structures down to 350 m depth
The use of ultra-wideband electromagnetic pulse emission and reflection recording provides the necessary sensitivity and resolution for assessing mineralization potential.
What Subsoil User Challenges Are Solved at the Electra HRX-Zero Ground® Stage?
01
Concealed geological structures remain inaccessible
Delineates hidden geological targets — faults, contact zones, and mineralized bodies — down to depths of 350 meters without drilling, delivering critical value during early-stage exploration.
02
Lengthy field setup and severe site constraints
Deploys a non-contact methodology operating without grounded electrodes, enabling seamless surveys in challenging environments where conventional methods fail — snow, marshes, sand dunes, and environmentally sensitive areas.
03
Low resolution and poor data quality of conventional surveys
Delivers high-density spatial resolution and physical sensitivity required to precisely map subsurface structures and build reliable geophysical sections.
04
Ambiguous geological models and high exploration risk
Generates accurate subsurface cross-sections to support data-driven forecasts and sound decision-making in subsequent exploration and drilling phases.
How Does High-Resolution Non-Contact Electrical Profiling Work?
We deploy Electra HRX-Zero Ground® technology to deliver rapid, non-destructive subsurface imaging.
The execution workflow consists of four structured phases:
- Signal Generation — specialized equipment emits ultra-wideband electromagnetic pulses that penetrate subsurface strata. The methodology operates without grounded electrodes and is adaptable to any surface environment;
- Signal Reception and Recording — surface receiving antennas capture reflected pulses from geological boundaries. High-precision timing registers signal travel delays to calculate depth down to 350 meters;
- Data Processing — raw field signals are processed in specialized geophysical software to form high-resolution cross-sections illustrating subsurface geological structures;
- Interpretation and Modeling — processing outputs are integrated into a comprehensive 3D geo-electrical model, delineating fault systems, lithological contacts, mineralized domains, and structural anomalies.
The Result: The client receives verified geophysical maps and 3D inversion models providing detailed spatial insights into tectonic frameworks and mineralized targets.
Pinpointing Mineralized Domains — With Maximum Efficiency and Minimum Cost
Electra HRX-Zero Ground® rapidly detects faults and mineralized zones down to depths of 350 m without drilling — right from the earliest exploration stages.
